Practical, Inisightful, and Easy-to-Read

This book is very useful for professional management training. As I worked my way up (and am still working my way up), I have found formal management training lacking. This book provides great insight.

In addition, I have found that the techniques are quite applicable to managing my personal life, which is an unexpected bonus :-)
